Instead of manually updating "I sleep 7 hours" or "I exercise moderately," your ring or watch keeps those values current. Your Time Bank balance updates accordingly.

Developer Setup Required

To activate Oura or Fitbit integration, the app owner needs to register developer applications and add API credentials. See the setup guide in the Admin panel.
